How to rely on it
The library is VoltMate's own explanatory material. It is kept separate from the regulations and standards themselves and does not reproduce them. Check the current official requirements before relying on any reference in live electrical work.
Stop work when conditions are unsafe. Guidance never replaces safe isolation, a risk assessment or your own competence.
Common mistakes
- Quoting library guidance as if it were the wording of the regulations.
- Using a safety summary instead of the site's own risk assessment and method statement.
Troubleshooting
If a search finds nothing, try a shorter or more general term. If you find an error in the guidance, report it through Contact & support with the page name.
