- A job with a saved property address.
- The same address used on that address's jobs, inspections and certificates.
What the site passport shows
Starting from a job, the site passport gathers records saved against the same property address: previous work and job notes, certificates issued at the address, the latest installation information and the latest available circuit schedule.
It is a return-visit reference for you. It does not replace inspection, testing or verification on site.
Open it and make a QR label

Open a job and find Private Site Passport + QR.

Open the passport to review the address history.

Choose Generate QR label to print the label or save it as an image.

Fix the label inside or next to the consumer unit only where that is safe and the label stays legible.
Do not cover statutory notices, manufacturer labels, circuit identification, ventilation openings or safety information with the label.
Who can open it
Scanning the QR code opens the passport only for you, signed in to VoltMate. Clients and other people who scan it are asked to sign in and cannot see your records.
Common mistakes
- Typing the address differently on different records. The passport matches the exact saved address, so records with a different spelling are left out.
- Relying on the circuit schedule from a previous visit without testing.
Troubleshooting
If a certificate or inspection is missing, compare its address with the job's address, character by character. If the QR label does not open for printing, allow pop-ups for VoltMate and try again.
