What the audit log records
The audit log lists saved actions in your workspace with the person, the action, the time and the record affected, for example a quote created, an invoice payment recorded or a business profile change.
Certificate issue, amendment and void events come straight from the certificate's own version history, so they always match the issued record.
Search and export

Open Audit log.

Search by text, or filter by category, record type and period (last 7, 30 or 90 days, or all).

Choose Refresh to load the latest events.

Choose Export CSV to download the events matching your filters, up to 1,000 at a time.
What it cannot do
Entries cannot be edited or deleted from the log. It shows actions saved in VoltMate, not what happened on site or outside the app.
Common mistakes
- Treating the audit log as a replacement for the certificate itself or its verification page.
- Forgetting a period or category filter is still set when an expected event seems to be missing.
Troubleshooting
If the log shows it is unavailable, choose Retry. A new account shows an empty log until its first record is saved.
